marc3 was founded in 1993 with a simple belief: that quality construction and honest work speak for themselves. What started as a small general contracting operation in San Antonio has grown into a full-service construction and environmental services company trusted by commercial clients, municipalities, federal agencies, and homeowners across Texas.
Over three decades, we've built offices, renovated homes, laid miles of utility infrastructure, and remediated hazardous materials from buildings across the region. Every project — no matter the size — gets the same commitment: show up, do the work right, and stand behind it.
